1、Return policy

In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty.If you had any problem after receiving your item, please send email to our customer service: service@mylbag.com.

Defective merchandises are subject to refund within 30 days after delivery, these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn.Each of our products has many models, please check the model table carefully to choose the right product. We do not accept any complaints and compensation for the wrong model selection due to personal reasons. Only replacement service is accepted.After receiving the goods, it's not a quality problem,It's just because of personal reasons that I don't like it,No return is allowed.

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:

Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
Once we have received your emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 24 hours.
Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

Once we receive all the relevant information and confirm it, we can allow the return and replacement. The customer is responsible for the return of freight charges. The returned products should be in the same state as they were sent out, should not be worn or washed, and should be labeled.

Promotional products are not returned or exchanged.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have accept the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
